Peace of Mind - Returns
RETURNS - SIZING & CHANGE OF MIND
We're sure you'll love your Cheeky Chickadee pieces, but just in case there's any issues with sizing or you change your mind when you receive them, we're happy to offer exchanges.
All we need is for you to notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and ensure that the pieces are returned to us in original unworn condition with tags still attached. We'll just need you to pay the relevant standard postage cost to send the pieces back to us.
As soon as we receive them, we'll then ship the new pieces back to you. If we don't have the size you require for exchange, we will provide you with a store credit for the equivalent amount.
REFUNDS - FAULTY STOCK
It rarely happens but just in case we miss a fault in a piece we send you, refunds for faulty stock will be provided as long as you notify us within 2 weeks of receiving your order. We'll just need you to pay the relevant standard postage cost to send the pieces back to us which we'll reimburse you for.
As soon as we receive them and confirm the fault, we'll offer you a choice of an exchange or refund.
